I do architectural wor and rendering, i need a work station, I want to build a Workstation with single or dual xeon procesors, I´m just staring a nd do not know what to buy help enyone?,.

well, could you help out a little? What are you using to base your expectations off from? Xeon's cover a large range, from about $300 to over $5K per CPU. So what are your expectations from a dual-CPU vs a single CPU build, for instance? how much memory and hard drive space do you need?

Your price range is also very wide, since the best way IMHO to go about this is to spec out all the components and then divide the remainder across tow CPUs to get the biggest CPUs in your budget.

This is a single-CPU config (you can add another CPU - the board allows it. I won't tell you to build this, if it was me that had to build it, I'd be spending a week or so going over the specifications in detail. FOr now this is a starting point. for a...

I would have to look into how to power the two CPUs on the same mobo - only a few specialized power supplies will do that.

You didn't mention what you need in graphics, so I added a low-end professional graphics card that is specifically not good for gaming, but renders far superior to gaming cards. THe only cross-over cards I know are the Nvidia Titan cards, but they are really expensive.
