GTX 560 Ti vs R7 265

Going to build a PC for a friend, and have a choice between GTX 560 Ti, and R7 265. I think the R7 265 does a little better in games so if anybody has a comparison, that would be great if you could link it.
The reason I ask is the price difference so give me you're input.
GTX 560 Ti for $85
R7 265 for $150

Yes THE R7 265 IS MUCH BETTER
see the following specification for better understanding

Higher effective memory clock speed 5,600 MHz vs 4,200 MHz Around 35% higher effective memory clock speed
More memory 2,048 MB vs 1,024 MB 2x more memory
Higher pixel rate 28.8 GPixel/s vs 15.2 GPixel/s Around 90% higher pixel rate
Significantly higher memory clock speed 1,400 MHz vs 1,050 MHz Around 35% higher memory clock speed
More shading units 1,024 vs 384 640 more shading units

there is quiete diff b/w shadding units
both are 256bits
there is 1gb of memory difference
GTA 560 has only a little bit advantage of Texture Rate
