Are these good specs for medium kyrim?

As my title said i was wondering if these would be good specs for running skyrim on medium:
CPU: Intel® Pentium™ Anniversary Edition G3258 3.2 GHz 3MB Intel Smart Cache LGA1150 (All Venom OC Certified)

HDD: 1TB SATA-III 6.0Gb/s 32MB Cache 7200RPM HDD (Single Drive)

Memory: 8GB (4GBx2) DDR3/1866MHz Dual Channel Memory (ADATA XPG V2)

Motherboard: ASRock B85M-ITX mITX w/ Display Port, HDMI, GbLAN, 1 Gen3 PCIe x16

Sound: HIGH DEFINITION ON-BOARD 7.1 AUDIO

Video: AMD Radeon R7 250 2GB GDDR3 PCIe 3.0 x16 Video Card [+82] (Single Card)

Does that mobo support overclocking? (I think I heard that it does with a bios update)
In my opinion, it would be worth it to upgrade to an r9 270 or r9 270x. But you might (should) be able to run it on medium with the an r7 250. So whatever you want.
