I'm looking to build a new system. I've been doing research but I can't really come to a decision. I need a new motherboard and processor. I'd like the motherboard to be micro atx capable of SLI. ATX is just fine, but mATX is my priority, As for CPU, I'm not biased when it comes to Intel or AMD. I play a lot of DayZ, both the standalone and the mod, and I would like to be able to live stream. My budget is around $200-300 with some possible wiggle room. I'd like to be able to overclock too, but nothing crazy.

With that budget, definitely I would go for the Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor which will be fine for over- clocking . See processor HERE
As for the motherboard, I would go with the ASRock B85M Pro4 which would work well with that processor.
