Basically as the title says, here's my build right now:
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/GmkWJx

I need this to be around $1350 max for the time being, if it is really worth the 780 and 120Hz monitor I might just wait a few weeks until my budget increases a bit. I just really want opinions.

I'll be mostly playing WoW, LoL, BF4, CS:GO and new titles as they come out that I previously didn't have access to, on Dual Monitors (1920*1080) (1680*1050) the latter will only be used for reading/watching streams as I stream or play games.

If you guys have anything, I mean anything to critique about the build, I would love to hear it! I'm always open to new things, and looking for insight!

Thanks for your time,

-Blake

I like the build with one exception:

Buy a 8gb kit of (2 x 4gb) It will cost you less and perform the same. avoid tall heat spreaders.
They would have possibly interfered with your cooler.
This kit would be better:

Your side monitor will not affect your gaming.

If you need to, I would bust your budget to buy a great monitor.
Unfortunately, there will be a compromise. The IPS monitors look better than tn, but they are slower.
And... have you considered 1440P(2560 x 1440) 27" ?
There are some very attractive offerings from Korea.
This QNIX 27" has some very nice reviews:

I ordered a 2560 x 1600 yamakazi 301 Sparta via ebay. It arrived in a week and the picture is perfect.

I see little value in faster monitors for most sage unless your graphics configuration can consistently deliver more than 60fps or unless your monitor has G.sync.

Oooh, my bad I knew that I just accidentally added the wrong RAM! I didn't know that about the heat spreaders though, thank you!

For me, at least, 1440p doesn't make that huge of a difference to me, or at least I don't think it would! and that's my main concern also, I know in LoL and WoW this build would get consistently above 120 fps making the 120hz/144hz monitor worth it, but for BF4 It'd most likely be 60 ish fps.

Can you go to a store and check out the monitors in person?
That might help you decide.

Fair warning, do not look at the 4k monitors. You may want one, and they are expensive.
