Overclocking GTX 650, lots of thermal headroom but can't adjust GPU voltage

I've been using MSI afterburner to overclock my gigabyte GTX 650 2GB OC edition. My current stable settings are:

CoreVoltage: +37
Core Clock: +155
Mem. Clock: +133
(fan speed 100% all the time while overclocking, I only turn on OC while gaming.)

Problem is, I don't even think I hit mid 40C while gaming, and I'd like to OC the mem. clock and core clock a bit more. When I am gaming with higher clocks on that +37 voltage, I get display driver crashes. I'm amusing it is from lack of voltage. Only issue is that with MSI afterburner it doesn't let the voltage multiplier go past +37, even though I have thermal headroom for doing so.

I've checked then box in MSI afterburner that says unlock voltage control, but I have left force constant voltage unchecked.

How would I remove that cap, and is it even safe to remove the suggested cap set by MSI afterburner?

My power-supply is a Roswell 550 watt.
