Slow connection when more than one device is connected

I am having a weird problem !

When only one device is connected to my WiFi network the speed is very good, but when I connect another device to WiFi, speed will go below 2mb/s !!

One of the devices is desktop PC and another one is Surface Pro 2 (both Windows 8.1)

There is not anything downloading in background !

Whats the problem ? I have tried changing WiFi channels and it didn't help, the comcast support couldn't help me, they just told me maybe there is a problem with their router and I should change it !

I know that ! but getting 900ms ping and download speed below 1mb/s for 25mb/s internet is not normal !

I have a similar issue, when im the only one on wifi, i get no lag everything working great, as soon as another device is added, pings go upward of 800-900 and i barely get a few KB/s data transfer, for either device.

What wifi access point/router/hub do you have?

I have a BTHub3, which has worked fine in the past and has only recently started getting this problem
