Audio lag and static on Asus

I have a very bizarre issue that is driving me crazy, When I power the computer on, it works perfectly for my needs but after I use it for a while, the audio gets messed up. It begins to lag as if it weren't buffering correctly and there is a static noise built into it as well. When I restart my computer, the issue goes away but it returns after playing Youtube or using Adobe Premiere.

This issue started around the time I installed Adobe cc 2014 on my Windows 7 Asus CG5275 computer. I am not certain that was the culprit because I also installed a Tascam us-144 mkii at the same time. Any suggestions please?

***Update***

I reinstalled the driver from ASUS, uninstalled the Tascam and am still experiencing the same issue. Here's a video to show what's happening

Thank you for your time!

I ended up uninstalling the Tascam just to isolate the problem. 64 bit. I'm hoping that uninstalling it will fix it. I'll update after I get some rest

Thanks for the response!

http://support.asus.com/Download.aspx?SLanguage=en&m=CG5275 is the page to find the drivers for your rig. I'd install the audio driver from that page and then retry your audio after rebooting.

Also, the most recent drivers for your other device can be found here and you can try it once you get it back to working right, or not, as you choose.: http://tascam.com/content/downloads/products/205/tascam_us_122_144mk2_win64_203.zip

Is there any chance you may have had the 32bit drivers for the Tascam installed on your 64bit system? That could cause a few issues but still possibly be somewhat functional.
