Would I have to flash the bios with this motherboard?

Would I have to update the bios of an ASRock B85M Pro4 if I plan on using it with an i3 4150? If so, are there any motherboards that you know of besides H97 or Z97 that do not require updating the bios?

I really appreciate any help you all can provide.

It all depends which BIOS version the board has when it leaves the factory, we have no way of knowing which version it will be when you buy it, it could have left the factory last week or last year.
