I've been using a hard drive for years now and I've heard all these nice things about SSD's, how they boot up the OS and games very quickly, but I've just recently decided to get an SSD but my motherboard doesn't have SATA III. I know you can use an SSD on a SATA II but i don't want it to be bottlenecked by my motherboard since I did recently buy it.

So here's my question: Can you add SATA III to this motherboard (whatever method) OR find a way to make an SSD run at max performance?

While that is a nice solution and I thank you but there is a problem. My graphics card is a dual slot card and it covers the pcie 1x slot and I've read that pcie 1x cards will not work in a pci slot and that it limits the SATA 3 to 133 mb/s so is there any other solutions?
