Go with an i3.
Sapphire R7 260X or R7 265 are great options for a graphics card.
8GB (2x4) of RAM is enough.Unless you do video editing,then 16GB is better. ;)
All the best. ;)

The biggest thing I can recommend that many people tend to overlook is to not cheap out on your PSU. Otherwise everything here seems to be in order.

The Intel Core i3 4130 is the best i3 for gaming. It costs around $130.
The R7 260X costs around $130 too.That's a total of $260.
For the $90 extra, get some high quality RAM,like Corsair Vengeance 2x4 GB @ 1600 MHz RAM.
You will save around $10. Use that to get some case fans. ;)
All the best. :)

A Pentuim G3450 will bottleneck the R7 260X,so will the others.
It is not enough for these modern games. An i3 is a better choice.
Go with the i3 4130 and you will have no bottlenecks and you'll be able to play modern games with the R7 260X at medium-high @ 50-60 FPS.
All the best. :)
