So my desktop was failing to boot yesterday, where it would simply not even try to boot - no hard drive spins, no fans, no display - nothing. It's giving off constant USB power that it wouldn't normally do when it's switched off - i.e. the mouse lights up without trying to boot PC. I've resetted the BIOS, gone down to barebones with only one stick of ram and integrated graphics, but nothing's helping.
