The Corsair VS650 is a really low quality PSU and tends to explode when using GPUs higher than R9 280Xs or GTX 770s.
Those two other choices,the Hyper 212 EVO and the GPUs are great,but it's not the deal with the PSU.
Rosewill Capstone 650M 650W PSU is a great option for any gaming PC.It is haswell ready,semi-modular and a Tier Two Class A PSU.Can't ask more than that. ;)
