Hello, does corsair CX 600W psu output enough power for NVIDIA GTX 770? As it requires 42V and I have no idea how much CX can output, please help!

Solution

The 42V is likely 42 amps on the 12v rail. The CX offers 46a and will run your GTX with no problem.
It can output enough power for the GTX 770,but it's not a high quality PSU,so it may end up exploding and damaging the GPU.
I would recommend getting a Tier One,Tier Two Class A and Class B PSU found here:

Also, make sure that it's made by Rosewill,Seasonic,XFX,,EVGA or Cooler Master. ;)
I can recommend you a Cooler Master V650,Rosewill Capstone 650W,XFX Core 650W and a Seasonic M12II 650W.

cx class problem is not about power output..
this psu capable to deliver quality wattage to your system, as the label said.

cx class problem is about durability...if you push it too hard, it won't last long..maybe 1-2 years..
