Hi
I have two kind of rams;
1~4 kit of 2gig geil 1333 mhz ~ cl 9-9-9-24 dual
2~2 kit of xms3 - 4gig 1600 mhz cl 11-11-11-30 dual
According to clock speed of rams witch one is more useful specially for games
I mean in balance between clock speed and frequency. And same capacity of rams witch one could be better for gaming systems?

If possible I would have to agree with legend get a 2x4 kit of 1600 in a CL9. I had sine CL8 Mushkin 1600 in the past and loved it. You would definitely benefit from it more than the 1333 even in the CL11.

Agree, look for 2x4GB 1600/9 or 1866/9 and contrary to Lukaboki, higher freq DRAM can provide a few more FPS in 'most' games, not all of course, but more and more games are utilizing DRAM better and you can often pick up 3-5 FPS per step up in freq (i.e. 1600 to 1866 or 1333 to 1600)

Faster is typically better for the most part. If you get some real high latency high speed memory it wouldn't pay off. I'm currently running CL10 GSkill ddr3 2133 2x4 and is a good speed/latency balance that is supported by my mobo.
