Hi all,

for some reason I cannot install windows 7 on my computer. I have the windows 7 operating system on disk and select the "boot from" menu then choose the disk drive option, then the "press any key" screen appears, after that I get a boot mgr missing error. I have tried switching hard drives and disk drives and still get the same output, even when i try installing windows xp I get the same issue.

Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

I had an issue with the previous version of windows, it could not boot so I formatted the drive and went to re-install windows.
