So i've had a MSI R9 290 4gb and something was wrong with it so i returned it and got my money back , i'm looking for a new gpu that isn't msi and would fit perfect with this setup :

Storage:1862GB Seagate ST2000DM001(2tb) .

Ram:2x4GB 1866 Snipers.

GPU:

CPU:i5 4690k

Motherboard:MAXIMUS VII HERO (z97 hero)

Case: Cooler Master HAF 912 Advanced

Fan: Hyper 212 EVO

power supply: Cooler Master G650M (650W Plus Bronze)

So my budget for the gpu is 530USD and i have 650w.

i7 baby told me that my power supply is bad.

Well you shouldn't use that one and you have no budget restrictions that you've mentioned so buy what I suggested.

Yes I don't blame you. The power supply isn't the best you will need one from tier one or two (a) or (b). :D

What happends if the power supply isn't the best ? is it just that it saves power ?

The problem is i can't return it :/ and i'm just losing money it's like throwing 80 dollars in the toilet :/ Should i maybe go for the SeaSonic M12II 620 Bronze 620W or the Antec High Current Gamer HCG-620M ? The Antec is cheaper for me so idk.

The build cost is around 1580usd, look i don't care if it gets expensive for me or noy , is this a good build and is this about the best i can get for 1600?
And is there any gaming/mucis headset with a great mic and sound that isn't very expensive?

I already have a 2tb 1862GB Seagate ST2000DM001 will that work instead of the 1tb and is this build better then that i said before?

This build is about 1900usd, thats alot over budget (not including hdd, operating system) so i would never get this.
