Hi guys I was wondering if my CPU O.C might be preventing me from running the new RAM at it's specification speed (Corsair Vengeance Pro Red 32GB (4x8GB) DDR3 PC3-19200C11 2400MHz Quad/Dual Channel Memory).

First time I tried to install it I tried to set the frequency, voltage manualy. It would then not allow me to boot into windows, or the BIOS. I then had to reset the BIOS which left me confused for awhile but I forgot it reset the RAID mode on the MOB which was preventing me from booting.

I am now running the ram at default/auto settings and now it's running at 1333Mhz at 1.65v I think.

Here is my spec

- Intel Croe i7 4960x 4.5Ghz @ 1.3v
- Asus Rampage IV Black Edition
- Corsair H100i with Corsair SP120 Fans on 12v
- Corsair AX860i
- GTX 780Ti Windforce @ 1200Mhz
- 2 x Samsung 840Pro RAID 0
- Crucial 960gb SSD
- 500gb 5400Rpm HDD

I Know that it might not be my CPU O.C necessarily but I'm not sure how to O.C RAM correctly any tips, help or guide links would be great.
