Im planning on buying AF120 and AF140 .
Im planning on 140mm exhaust at the back.
so I wanna ask how intake or outtake will work?
do I need to buy other type of corsair AF fan type.
or
I just put that 140mm at the back and 3 120mm in front and it'll work like a charm.

You get 3 at front for intake, one at back for intake, and all top for exhaust, as hot air rises up, so that'll be expelled easier, I'd get 3 1200mm at top, and leave the default fans as they are cause they're good

Air in from front, sides and bottom and out thru rear and top.

I agree with Legend - it sounds reasonable.

If your CPU cooler has a downward facing fan (towards the MB) disregard the following. Otherwise, if you have a side mount fan on your cooler - you may want to redirect the airflow to push towards the exhaust fans on top (of this suggested config.)

Im sorry I forgot to indicate that i will be buying watercooler at the top . its either kraken x60 or H105 Hydro

What i mean is I want my fan at the back to be AF140 . because of its cool look and flexibility of its design .

the question is how will it be an exhaust fan.

im sorry for y stupidity . NEW here

You just flip it, there will be a arrow on the fan's bracket mount telling you which way the air goes
