Need an advice, please help

Hello everyone,
I am upgrading my PC and this is what I was looking forward to buy:

CPU: AMD FX-6300, 3.50GHz BOX Black Edition AM3+
MBO: Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P, AM3+ 970
GPU: MSI AMD Radeon R7 260X 2GD5 OC / Sapphire Radeon R7 265 / R9 270X (Depending on my money)
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 2x4GB 1866MHz CL10
HDD: WD Caviar Blue 1TB WD10EZEX
PSU: LC Power LC6600GP2 V2.3
Case: Thermaltake Chaser A31

Here is the problem. I couldn't get that RAM and I was offered to buy Kingston HyperX Beast 2x4GB 2400MHz. The MBO itself supports up to 1866MHz or maximum 2000MHz if overclocked. If I bought the Kingston HyperX Beast 2x4GB 2400MHz memory, the MBO would probably put it automatically on 1333MHz.

My question is what do you guys think of this, should I go for the Beast 2400MHz and can I adjust the memory clock speed in BIOS and how ?
I've been told that the Beast memory already has 2 created profiles to set up in BIOS, so I just pick Profile1 and it will automatically put the clock speed on 1866MHz.
I don't know is that true nor how to set that as I have no experience with adjusting RAMs, so I would appreciate any kind of help.

I would get cheaper RAM that runs at 1866. The Beast is meant to be OC'd like the Vengeance Pro or Trident but unless you're getting it really cheap it's not going to improve the performance of your build. I would go for cheaper RAM. I also think G.Skill make better RAM so i'd look at Sniper, Ares and Ripjaws modules that run at 1866Mhz with CAS 8 or 9.

I'm also that PSU is a bit dodgy. I'd look at getting something from XFX, SeaSonic, or sometimes the Rosewill Capstone can be found for cheap. Use this list as a guide. Stay away from the Corsair CX series.

Do you think it will put it on 1866MHz then ? Because I am on a budget, so I can't make a mistake nor risk it with choosing the RAM memory.
I don't want to take the chance that it might work, but as well not.
If I enable the X.M.L. then I would be able to get the 2 profiles and if I put Profile1, it shout automatically put it to work on 1866MHz as the seller told me.
I still haven't bought anything, but this RAM is on discount and if works like this, then I would definitely get it.

I'm not exactly sure how it would react if the board limits RAM to 1866, perhaps Tradesman will read the post and know the answer to that. When you enable XMP you can also manually overclock your RAM. If you are limited to 1866, but buying 2133, manually overclocking might allow you to get a lower CAS latency at 2133 which will make it a little faster. What motherboard do you have and what RAM are you looking at buying and for how much?

As I wrote upper, the motherboard would be Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P and the RAM Kingston HyperX Beast 2x4GB 2400MHz running on a AMD FX-6300 CPU. (Maybe I would OC it to 4GHz if I get a proper cooler)
The MBO is $115 (85€), RAM $105 (80€) and the CPU is $135 (100€). I'm kind of on a budget so can't do better than that :(

The problem is that I am limited with brands and stuff here. I am from Montenegro (I know you will be like ''Where the hell is that'') but it's a small country, with really high prices on everything and you can hardly get anything better.
For example, I can't get any G.Skill products here, the best I can go is (Mostly) Kingston and (Barely) Patriot.

For the PSU same situation. Available brands are Thermaltake, LC Power, Chieftec, Cooler Master and some derp ones what I'd never buy (Like MS Industrial, Blueberry, PowerLogic etc).
I already have the LC Power LC6600GP2 V2.3, the problem with it are really short cables, so I can forget about any cable management. Should have gone for Thermaltake 600W LitePower, but yeah...

Haha I know Montenegro. Computer parts seem to be expensive in all the countries in that part of Europe. Maybe see if you can get Kingston HyperX Fury. I just don't see you getting any benefit from the Beast but it will cost more. The 1866Mhz, CL10 part number for Fury is HX318C10FK2/8. HX3 is Fury, 18 is the speed so the 16 is 1600, C10 is the CAS Latency, FK is the colour, FK is blue, FBK is black, FRK is red and FWK is white and 2/8 is the number of modules and total gb. So you can try search the different colours and speeds.

And true, computer parts are really expensive around here. It's kind of the same thing for everything else, like phones etc.

I was up with getting the Kingston HyperX Fury Black 2x4GB 1866MHz CL10, HX318C10FBK2/8, but it's sold out and won't come back in stock for 2 months sadly :(

Ok fair enough you'll have to get the Beast then. You'll have to check what speed it runs at when it arrives. CPUz can tell you what frequency it's running it. Remember to double the frequency that CPUz tells you since it's double data rate RAM. If it's not running at the right frequency when you have the XML profile enabled you'll need to overclock it manually. It's not too hard.

My CPU, MBO and RAM will be there during the next week. As soon as I set it up, I'll try enabling XML and then selecting Profile1 as I've been told.
If that doesn't work, I will try to overclock it manually. I heard that I just e-mail my brand company (Kingston in my case) and ask them for the values what I should put in BIOS to run my memory on 1866MHz.
