Changing SATA HD to SSD When Battery Can't Be Removed

I have an Asus S200E laptop and I'm thinking of upgrading the SATA HD to an SSD but the battery can't be removed from this model.

Ordinarily I wouldn't work in a laptop without removing the battery but in this case there doesn't seem to be much choice. Has anyone done this and had any problems?

Thanks Phillip, I've seen this but he hasn't removed the battery and I'm not sure whether not removing the battery is going to cause any problems.
