You got a Rs. 20k ($325) processor and want a Rs. 6k ($100) MoBo? You've invested so much on a CPU, provide it with an equally good MoBo for atleast Rs. 15-20k or $200.
Asus Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 for INR 20k is a really good MoBo both for OCing and without it too. The bare minimum is ASRock 990FX Extreme9 for Rs. 13.1k, don't go below that.
