Right click your Sound icon in the taskbar.

And select "Recording devices"
Right click your microphone
Properties > Levels
Now deselect Microphone Boost.
Hope that helped. It's a pretty common issue with mic static. You have a lot of YouTube tutorials on that.

I've already tried that. without microphone boost my mic literally picks up nothing. I need it on 10+ mic boost at the least.

Maybe your PC is causing some noise, do you have it sitting on the desk near your microphone ?

Okay, I don't know anything more regarding Windows software fixes. Our last option is getting one of these

It should improve the mics quality because you're not plugging it to your sound card which may be affecting the microphones quality.

No I haven't tried any of those, I just chose this based on some reviews and that's it. But if you want to you can explore more of these.
And they're not expensive at all.

Also, another question, I took a further look into it, and a lot of people have said that it improves sound quality, how so does it with my microphone? does it improve the quality? or just removes some static?

It should generally improve the mics and headsets quality, including the static.
