You're looking more to just build a gaming machine - You won't be able to afford the specific parts that turn any random PC into an editing machine, so just build a good gaming rig. It'll still work for editing just fine (it'll be slower, but it's still very passable for doing hobbyist stuff where time isn't a big deal).
