My First Custom build Budget gaming Rig

AMD FX-6300 BLACK EDITION
RADEON R7 260X 2GB DDR5
ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3
Seagate 2TB Desktop Internal Sata Drive (ST2000DM001)
Corsair 8GB (2x4GB) 1600Mhz
Corsair CX500w PSU
Asus Dvd Drive
Cooler Master Cabinet Elite 431
Acer AL1916w oldyy

First of all Is PSU of 500 watt enough ?

I want to ask should I buy Corsair vs550 or cx 500 ?

I am going to use my old LCD monitor Acer AL 1916w which uses 60w
I have APC back UPS of 600w I am hoping that PSU and Monitor both can work on UPS power

BTW ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3 is better or M5A97 R2
even though form factor is different but which is better of them for my custom build taking into account the future upgrade point
