Error while installing GTA 4....

Hiii.... friends..... While I am install the GTA 4 in my pc.... It says that ''PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE FINISHED ANY PREVIOUS SETUP AND CLOSED OTHER APPLICATIONS''
What should I do friends???

"1. Open the Windows Explorer (a.k.a. My Computer) window.
2. Find the icon for the C: drive and click the plus sign to view the folders under it. (This is called 'expanding' a folder.)
3. Find the folder for Program Files and expand it so as to view its sub-folders.
4. Find the folder for Common Files and expand it.
5. Find the folder for InstallShield and select it by clicking on its name. The name will thus be highlighted.
6. Right-click on the highlighted folder to display a pop-up menu.
7. Choose RENAME from the menu.
The folder name will be highlighted and contained in a box.
8. Type an alternate name such as "install_backup" and hit the ENTER key when finished.
9. Close Windows Explorer and all other running applications.
