I have a ASRock Z87E-ITX motherboard with a Intel Core i5-4430 Quad-Core processor with a Cooler Master Vortex Plus CPU Cooler and two G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 memory sticks. I'm trying to get the thing running before I put it in the case, but when I hit the start button it runs for two seconds and stops. I've tried two different power supplies and it does the same thing. What's going on here?
