Can this graphic card fit?

I'm thinking about buying a new graphic card for my pc, but I'm not sure whether or not it will fit.

your psu wont be able to handle her to low on power .

Do you any any advise on what psu I should buy? Also, if I do upgrade the psu, will the graphic card fit?
