Hello,

I am currently having issues with my Windows 8 Asus Laptop. Recently, it returned the error "NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM" and gave the blue screen of death, then restarted. It ran fine for a bit, until the next day. I couldn't login to my profile as it returned, "The User Profile Service service has failed the sign-in". I was able to backup my files from safe mode with the administrator account, and then I decided to use a recovery disk from my Lenovo All-In-One. After refreshing, I noticed that it had installed the Lenovo default apps and had given a Lenovo background. I wasn't too worried with this, until I realized I couldn't connect to the internet. The internet connection symbol had an X over it, and it would not show me any networks. After troubleshooting, it said I needed to plug in an ethernet cable, which I have never used. I am currently guessing it's inside the laptop, or I have just needed one for a while. I attempted to reset the computer, but it then returned "Windows have problems resetting your computer". It never showed what the problems were, and I was a little dissappointed to see that happen. So, my questions here are:

1. (Not really needed, but) How can I get my Asus features back?

2. How can I fix my internet problem?

3. Is there anyway I can reset my computer?

Thanks for all your help.

Will need to get the proper laptop drivers for the Asus - the Lenova disk is for their computer and has drivers for their computer, i.e. the wireless, the ethernet, etc...or go into Safe Mode and do a system restore to maybe a month or more ago - you won't lose files, photos, etc you've created but will lose any programs installed since the point of the restore used
