Can I combine both dedicated on board graphics and integrated gtaphic card.

Hey guys i've just build a pc.
Intel i3 3220
Asus H61M-CS
WD Green 1TB
EVM DDR3 4 GB
ZOTAC NVIDIA GeForce GT 610
Zebronics 450W (Cabinet + SMPS)
Windows 7 Ultimate.

Now i just want to know if i can use the onboard graphics and the GT 610 simultaneously.
If its possible. How?
Please help.

Solution
You can use both integrated and dedicated graphics at the same time, but not in the way I think you are asking. You cannot combine the integrated graphics and dedicated graphics processing power for most applications. You can utilize integrated graphics to accelerate some applications (Intel quicksync etc) but for something like gaming, viewport rendering in an application etc, you cannot.

You can however add additional monitors etc to your motherboard video outputs and run those from the CPU integrated graphics while using the output from the dedicated graphics device for your main monitor(s)/applications.

AMD APU integrated graphics and an entry level AMD dedicated GPU however can run in a hybrid crossfire mode for added performance.
