For a gaming pc you should aim for a strong gpu and then an average cpu.

The first build got a intel dual core (strong cores) with Haswell arq. & R7 260X excellent entry graphic card.

The second go a FX quad core Piledriver arq. (good gaming cpu) & R7 240 lower graphics card, very limited.

I should go for the first build it also sports a LGA 1150 socket that will allow to upgrade CPU to the Core i-series.
