I have an ASUS 1GB DVI graphics card that was used with an old monitor, however I gave that monitor to the wife and wanted to connect up to the TV,
However it did not have DVI but it does have VGA and HDMI. so I was using VGA until changing to HDMI I have been running the PC on for a while. Reason being when I install the DVI card in the PC and turn on I get the no signal message can't go into bios as screen don't show anything.
I don't want to use the onboard graphics anymore with HDMI as the system drags even though it runs a 3.5GB AMD processor and16GB Ram I can run VGA no problem but why when I have a great graphics card sitting idol?
So How to sort?
