its doesn't matters if u built it today or in july or 3 years back its an electronic item it can get faulty any time and cx series from crossair are not at all good for gaming builds the are average psu for home and office build...and u can do a paper clip test or may be a light turns on once at a time that doesn't mean the psu is fine u still have the warranty so i will say use it...plus 600 watt is a little low if you oc the cpu and gpu gtx 770 requires same 42 amps and same power as the gtx 780.....

best would be seasonic....http://www.amazon.com/Seasonic-Supply-ATX12V-EPS12V-SSR...

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0045L4BJ6/ref=s9_simh...

if budget is an issue then this....http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-SuperNOVA-80PLUS-Certified-1... so both would fix the issue ?

750 watt is not actually needed but its better to keep some headroom so that the psu don't run on load...

so both would fix it or ether one would fix the issue

yes either one of those would fix the problem if u have no problem with the budget go for the seasonic or xfx.. but first u have to make sure the psu is the culprit.......so test with with any standard low wattage psu you can get or borrow.....just remove the gpu to test it if u get a low wattage psu....
