Okay so here's my issue. I took my pc apart a few days ago , to check how much space I had for extra hard drives etc . And now it will not work. It's as simple as that tbh, I removed some wires but everything is back exactly where it was originally. When I started my computer it would say Windows is starting, but then go to a black screen with just a mouse. Then after messing around in the bios or whatever I somehow I ended up on the screen where you can "Launch startup (recommended) / Start Windows normally" the latter of which flashed up a blue screen then quickly reboots back to the same screen. The other option I went through trying to do repairs but after 5+ hours I have to admit it's not done a damn thing. I have no system restore/backups that I can use - I have 750gb worth of data I do not want to lose. My last option was to download and install Windows 7 I so onto a DVD, change it to boot off CD/dvd and try to do some diagnostic repairs but I am stuck at the starting Windows logo yet again. Has anyone got any ideas on what else I can do? I only took the thing apart and put it back together I really can't see why it just won't start

reseat all your wires and ram.also reseat your video card if its a dedicated gpu.after you do this turn off or unplug your power supply.then press the start button and hold it down for ten seconds or so.after doing this turn the power supply back on and try booting.

Bump.

Also, when I get through to system recovery options, it says select an OS to repair but mine doesn't appear so it says click Load Drivers and then install drivers for your hard disks. Where do you find these drivers? Will this help?
