Would that combo I've stated in the title get a 4.5Ghz Overclock?

and what's the likelihood of me buying a 4670K and it being a "bad" overclocker.

CPU's are like a lottery , some good some ok some poor overclockers.

The 212 is a budget cooler good for mild overclocking.

Is it the EVO that's the problem and not the Mobo? I've heard the EVO can get to 4.8Ghz....(On this forum)

I've OC'ed my i5 4670K to 4.6 GHz but with a different mobo and much better cooler. I'm really doubtful that 4.6 would be possible with a CM 212 Evo.
