First Build I have Ever Made, I Plan To Game And Edit Videos Mostly Is This Build Powerful Enough?

Yes it is a solid build. To confirm, you are planning to overclock, correct? You should be able to max out most, if not all games. Video editing wise, it's great too and should also be capable of 4K video rendering.
If you want to be criticised and are willing to spend a little more, I would upgrade the PSU. Don't get me wrong you don't need a PSU upgrade, but you could get a XFX PSU which is manufactured by SeaSonic; whom are arguably the best in the business. The XFX power supply should be top-notch quality and comes with 5 years warranty.

Put in the i7 4790k haswell refresh.
Put in an SSD.
Rest of it is pretty much the same.
Oh I forget I put in a much better PSU too.
