Can anyone here please explained to me why the CPU speed show under my computer properties is so much different than it actual speed value ...........First I thought my Bios configuration is wrong but when I check it. it's show exact value like CPU-z program does. I also check the Power processor management under Power option too ( there is 100%). Now I still don't know why it's happen.

That is strange. Perhaps windows 7 does not register overclocks on that page. I just checked my windows 8.1 machine and it does register, but maybe windows 7 does not. You could do a couple benchmarks if you dont believe it is overclocked correctly (or whatever)...like one at stock speed and one at current speed.
