Without know which CM case your talking about, then I assume it should fit. For the graphic card, you might have to move your HDD if it's blocking it.

An older "Cooler Master" case looks like it would come with those basic ass computers , nothing fancy

If the case is clean & spacy enough, you don't need to replace that. It MAY be a good idea to buy a decent Power Supply but it's hard to say if it fits in the pc.

The ram is NOT good, you need DDR3-1600, the example you gave is DDR3-1333. That would also work but is slower. Unless there's a huge price difference, I'd go for DDR3-1600. And: 8gb will do for now, you can always buy an extra 8 gb in about two years. Today, only professional video/photo editors or other heavy system users could benefit from 16 gb.

The case is kinda tight , It was a tight squeeze for my GTX 780 but I can't see me having to have alot of trouble trying to replace the mobo and I'm trying to stay on a nice low budget for this RAM but gotcha 8GB 1600 , Thank you very much !
