I'm transferring over all of my components to another PC case I bought here: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

I am afraid though that the motherboard I currently have will be too small for the PC case? What I mean by that is it may not be able to screw into the case due to it being too small. It's about 24.4 x 24.4 cm. My motherboard is listed here: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?cc=us&lc=en...

What do you think?

That case will accommodate just about any mobo made, including your micro ATX board. No worries.

Yoou are good.
Your motherboard is M-ATX which is a subset of the full ATX that the case holds.
The mounting holes will match, there will just be fewer of them .
