I have a thermaltake overseer rx-1 case it has x2 200mm exhaust fans at the top of the case above my case frame and underneath the top panel I have my corsair h100i on the top of my case underneath the frame and the x2 default 120mm fans are attached to the radiator . so I have my corsair h100i with x2 120mm and x2 200mm fans in a push pull configuration exhausting air out of my case . my question is . are the x2 200mm fans I am using with my x2 120mm fans in a push pull configuration helping my corsair h100i's performance or is it hindering its performance ?

If you disconnect the 200mm fans does it worse/better?

I cant disconnect the top 200mm fans because the screws on one of them is stripped and I cant remove it

Not removing them, just disconnecting them from the motherboard.
