The 660 will out-perform the 750Ti. GeForce's website states that the 660 requires a minimum of a 450W PSU, so 500W is fine but I definitely would NOT get the power supply you've listed. It looks like cheap crap and the PSU can be the most important part of your system!!!

Just to further emphasize trawet's point:

A lot of people think that they can shave a bit off their budget by going with a cheap power supply... After all, its not one of the fancy components like a GPU or CPU that is doing the heavy lifting!

However, this is WRONG! A cheap power supply can cause power surges that will damage your components, and potentially destroy that shiny expensive GPU you just bought. In addition, some of the cheap brand power supplies don't even output the wattage they claim. This means that while you might only need 450W, a cheap 500W power supply may only output 400W, and not be able to run your system. I would suggest a power supply such as this Seasonic: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Also, OP: Please use proper grammar, capitalization, and punctuation when are posting. It makes things much easier and more enjoyable for everybody else to read, and increases the chances that somebody will respond. It will also help to make a more informative title. For example: "GTX 660 or GTX 650Ti for DayZ?" rather then "Please Help Me!!!" (Exclamation points never help.)
