I like the 4790k choice but, if budget is the reason for the 770, for the extra $100, I'd get a 780 ... and not EVGA which finishes last here:

No single fan AIO can catch any of the better air coolers......this is an AIO and it's not.... you install it as one, but later on you can open the loop and add your GFX cards or anything else to the loop.

I spent an extra $18 but while ya did give up the 4790k for a 4690k, ya have better memory, huge boost in GFX, much better case, a cooler that crushes any AIO on the market and a more featured case w/ plenty of water cooling possibilities, built in LEDs and PWM based fan control for 11 fans.
