Toshiba 3Tb Problem!

I have Toshiba Canvio Desk 3Tb, there's a screenshot below. The main thing that i want to do with it is to make it work with SATA aka Internal Hard Drive, Ive heard that you can turn your External Hard Drives to Internal Hard Drive storage. The main problem is that after pluging in, the Toshiba hard drive via SATA, It will not show up, just not recognize or not being detected or something. So That's the reason I'll never buy Toshiba products again! I hate the USB 3.0, the problem with it is because after restarting my machine, the hard drive would not show up, i have to disconnect the USB from 3.0 hub and connect it! My motherboard is ASUS M5A897, my other device that are connected to my USB 3.0 is not having any issues at all. I just want a solution that will make this Toshiba 3tb work with SATA. Do I have to do firmware update or driver installation? I know most of the storage drive are compatible with Windows 8.1 and yes i have WIn8.1. I would really appreciate the help, thank you!

It will not show up, also checked the device manager, and Computer Management at storage section, all I see is my Windows drive, and other drive, but not Toshiba 3tb

It shows up on bios, and also i finally got it to detect maybe faulty sata cable so i tried different ones, and another problem has appeared, the partition is split in two, and also unallocated, it's asking me to format it, but i don't want to loose any the data. I hooked up the enclosure adapter SATA to USB, it work fine, but im not taking any chances of disconnecting everytime i work on stuff and the ext HDD disappears!

Since it is a 3TB drive the USB bridge board in the enclosure is designed to read the drive in a format for your system to see it as a single partition drive. Since you want it to be connected internally and had removed the drive out of the enclosure then you may need to use GPT format if you want to use it as a single partitioned drive.

Is it possible that i can use a Partition Recovery Software Tool which i have AOMEI Paritition Assistant Pro! Should I convert it to GPT? If GPT Doesn't work then should I go with Partition Recovery?

Sorry, you've got me lost here. Are you trying to connect this drive to your computer internally to recover some files or trying to connect this drive to be used as a storage drive for your PC?
