will a 4790k (not OC) get bottle necked from a gtx 760

i was playing cs go and i went from 300 to like 140 fps im using stock cooler and it is crap it goes up to 80c when on csgo will get h100i soon

is this a heat problem im not using it because i think it may get fried so im just using laptop for now

Yes, the 760 will certainly be the limiting factor there.

I personally would get an air cooler over an H100i.

No way.

If the cpu is getting to 80C with CS GO then the cooler isn't working properly.

The CPU should be 55C max.

Blow out the case to get built up dust out. Bump up the cpu cooler fan rpm.

If that doesn't work, then re-seat the cooler (Google it)

If that doesn't work, then get a new and better cpu cooler.

ok will do i thought it would be a heat issue because it was way to high im not going to use it until i get my h100i because i think it might brake it if i use it for awhile

If you're not OCing the cpu, the stock cooler should be fine.
