So my PC wont go to bios, it wont even turn on the monitor, all it does is start up, and everything turns on, even my keyboard, I can tell because the leds turn on, when I turn it on it gives me a quick beep, then a few seconds later it gives me another short beep but a little longer, can someone please help.
