Will the 700 series become cheaper once the 800 series is out?

Yes it will. I am also waiting for it to be realised next month but there's seems to be a rumour that it may be delayed. However the 700 Series will definitely be cheaper than the 800 Series. Rumour also says that the 800 Series will cost the same when the 700 Series was first released.
