Recover Data After Being Part of a Raid

Original configuration: One 1.5 Tb data drive and one Raid 0 drive consisting of two 1.5 Tb drives.

I was temporarily going to use that SATA connections to mirror a drive in a Drobo I had and during the process I screwed up when I tried to put everything back the way it was and I crossed cables and plugged in the data drive and made it part of the Raid 0 in the Marvell raid configuration on an Asus P9X79 WS motherboard. Before I formatted the drive in Windows 7 to gain access to it, I realized what I did and swapped out the data drive (the one that has my stuff I want to keep) for the drive that was there originally. I had to recreate the Raid 0 which I didn't care about that data as it is just temporary stuff, but Windows now lost something and wants me to format the data drive to get access to it. Is there a way to get it back with all the file and folder structure the way it was?

Pretty unlikely to get all the file and folder structure in tact.
There's always going to be some file system corruption and VERY likely to be some overwritten data areas as well.

If you want to maximize the chances of recovery with file and folder structure in tact, you'll want to use a professional data recovery lab.

You could also make a clone of the drive and run some basic commercial data recovery software as well first to see if you're satisfied with the result.
