Gtx 770 Terrible fps

I have windows 8.1
Msi gaming 7 motherboard
evga gtx 770 gpu
i5 4690k cpu
Kingston hyper x blue 8gb ram
corsair cx600m psu
But still get bad fps on games, need help

Any particular games?

PSU - what 12v, 5v and 3.3v readings are you getting in bios/uefi?

What cpu temps are you getting in bios/uefi - idle and gaming. Have you overclocked the cpu?

PSU readings- 12.096, 5.120, 3.328
CPU temp is 34C
Have not over clocked

try lowering the settings and see if that helps. turn down some of the more taxing features, ie AA, etc. also download and run msi afterburner, then load up and play the game. Afterwards look at the graphs and see if your GPU usage is right, and it is hitting the right frequencies.

On Far cry 3 everything on low i get 25fps, and the GPU usage was %50

Yr PSU and CPU seem OK.

What settings is the GPU on? gpu clock, gpu voltage, mem clock, power%, fan speeds

What exact evga 770 is it?

That's just 0 change. Check actual clocks with GPU-Z
