AMD A-10 7700k APU

Okay so i have a AMD A-10 7700k i hvae only had it for a month or so. It use to work smooth and everything was well but now when i stream video from youtube it will be very choppy, and even league of legends is very choppy. I then downloaded the amd system monitor and noticed that when i click details on the apu it shows four of my cpu cores working fine and then the gpu part is a 0%. does this mean my gpu part of my apu isn't working? Please let me know as i cant play any games right now

System Specs:
Mobo: ASus mATX A88
Ram: 2 Kingston 4gb ddr3
apu: AMD a-10 7700k
ssd: samsung 120gb
hdd: seagate 1tb

It has to be working or you would have no video output. That being said, there is clearly a problem of some kind.

Do you have the catalyst control center and the most recent drivers installed?

It could be internet speeds? Since everything you say that you're having problems with is all streaming.

i did run a speed test and my download speed is only about 5 mbps so maybe part of the problem is wifi

What kind of speeds are you paying for on your broadband? Maybe you do have issues there as well but I'd figure out the gpu thing first.

I pay for like 50 however even when i play games that don't require streaming my games are very choppy, alot of the games still look great it's just choppy.

I would recommend downloading the 14.4 version of CCC, uninstall your current installation of CCC using the express uninstall option, re-install after any necessary reboots and when installing uncheck the Quickstream and gaming enhancement options during the install. Both of those have been known to cause network related issues and the gaming enhancement just sucks. They both shape network traffic and it causes problems more often than not.

yah i did the express then my mouse and keyboard didnt work so i am doing the customize option leaving the usb drivers

Hmm. Usually windows automatically picks up the drivers and installs generic ones if you unplug and reinsert the usb devices. I should have mentioned that. It's ok though, there's no reason those have to be messed with anyhow.
