I am not sure if those are the specs you have or plan to get.
If you don't plan to overclock you could reduce the price of your CPU to a non "K". Then change the Z Series of your mobo to Heath a "B" or "H" version. This will save a lot of money and you can I invest a better GPU.
You would most likely need a fan. Just a cheap CM Hyper 212 Evo would be perfect mate.
